Whole30: Day 5

So last night I thought it would be a good idea to make roasted veggies with our “pasta” dish. This was a fail. It didn’t really go well and some recent lethargy on my part made me waaay too tired to cook breakfast this morning.

I. Just. Couldn’t. 

Also the thought of eating this morning kind of turned me off. I just wasn’t hungry or in the mood for anything – not even my cravings. So I reluctantly took the roasted veggie medley I made. The butternut squash and asparagus were delicious – but my beets were super bitter today. Does anyone know why that could be? Help!
